Hippy Sippy was an idea formed by a couple of cousins, Crystel & Katrina, complaining about paper straws but still wanting to… “save the turtles”. Single use plastics were still an environmental issue & although paper is recyclable it is not sustainable. In 2019, after researching & looking into what was already in the market & considering personal ideas, Hippy Sippy released the metal reusable straw, with a focus on a metal reusable boba/smoothie straw. Born was a mission to help eliminate single use plastic straws, while also eliminating paper straw waste.

After a couple of years, Katrina parted with Hippy Sippy & Chantel, Cassie & Candace joined their sister, Crystel. Since then, a plethora of reusables have been designed to encourage a more environmentally friendly lifestyle.

Today, Hippy Sippy Reusables focuses on their mission to design & elevate reusables as a luxury item that serves a meaningful purpose.
