Hella Spiritual LLC began with a quiet awakening; a realization that, in the midst of caring for everyone else while anchored in our masculine energy, we had forgotten how to truly care for ourselves.

It was 2020. The world was shifting, & like many women, I found myself navigating uncertainty while also reconnecting with something deeply familiar. As a mother, I returned home in every sense. And in that return, I found something sacred: the need to nourish not just my daughter, but my own spirit.

I turned back to the practices that once grounded me, ritual baths, journaling, herbs, crystals, & rest. Slowly, what began as a private healing ritual grew into something much larger: a lifestyle, a calling, & eventually, a brand that solidified in the summer of 2022.
