LOVELY DAYS COLLECTIVE

Fractional COO & Founder Partnership

About the Brand

I provide operational leadership & strategic partnership to established women founders.

My clients are not beginners. They have built successful businesses through grit, vision, & personal drive. They have teams. Revenue. Responsibility. What they lack is operational structure that allows the business to function without constant founder intervention.

I step in where execution breaks down.

Through Fractional COO services, strategic audits, & high-level founder partnership, I help women stabilize operations, strengthen accountability, & remove themselves as the default safety net inside their own companies.

This is not surface-level coaching. It is operational clarity, leadership support, & structured execution.

If you’ve built something real but feel like everything still rolls back up to you, you don’t need to work harder. You need operational leadership.

Lovely Days Collective exists to provide it.

A Note from the Founder

I have spent almost three decades in corporate leadership, including senior operations & Chief of Staff roles, working alongside executives responsible for revenue, growth, & organizational stability.

I understand what it means to carry the weight of leadership.

Many women founders build extraordinary businesses but are left holding the operational gaps alone. They have managers, but not operational leadership. They have teams, but not true accountability. They are capable, but exhausted.

My work is steady, structured, & strategic. I assess what is actually happening inside a business, identify where systems & leadership are breaking down, & build the operational backbone required for sustainable growth.

Sometimes that means stepping in as a Fractional COO. Sometimes it means serving as a strategic thought partner through HELD. Sometimes it begins with a focused audit to diagnose what is not working.

The goal is always the same: a business that functions without being fully dependent on the founder.
